Terms and conditions of the sale
All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.

    Excellent as always, I do a lot of driving for work (courier) I have used other brands but I don't see anything different but I do with this, before I started to buy this product I would have to have an extra 10-15 litres worth of money put to 1 side every week after filling my car up now I rarely need to do this. A service will only do so much changing parts and oil but this cleans the working parts inside. I buy this on a regular basis. A customer of mine told me about this product.

    one good thing i like is that it converts moisture to fuel.

    Been having fuel problems with the diesel fuel aboard the boat , so decided to add this fuel treatment , and it has greatly improved engine efficiency , one thing i have noticed is that the idle has got greater , so must be working.

    No bull, it does what it claims to do.

    Easy to use, and it does what it claims to do.We own a 2011 VW Polo 1.2 TDI diesel which has a diesel particulate filter and a EGR , we have owned the car for eight years and it has been troublesome with both the DPF and EGR since a friend told me about Dipetane, which is about six months the car has run perfect, no trouble with the DPF or the EGR valve. so for the time I have the car I wont run it without Dipetane, I would recommend this product to anybody, especially if they own a modern diesel .

    Thought i would try this to see if it was any good, I have a Freelander 1 2006 that was up for its MOT 1st Feb, last year the MOT station said they had to take it for a run to get the emissions down to get a pass, so this year i used Dipetane just to see. It passed with flying colours and is running very well. I would say this was a very good product.
