Phone's battery has charging issue. Have been trying to charge it for last 5h and it hasn't been taking more than 1W so no fast charging option or at least standard charging. I have tried using original charger and other ones but no difference was noticed. Very disappointing.

The case for the phone was not in the box. The upper cutouts are not in the right place on the case and the phone has only one button, while the case has space for 3. Thus, if the case is on the phone, you cannot control the volume. My other problem is that the phone battery life is 90%, not 100%.
