Item not as described in the description, most of the bluray discs have a weird residue all on the backs of them, the seller also doesn't adequately package the items so a few of the cases have damage.

Not sure about the issues raised by buyer. But gave them the benefit of the doubt and issued full refund and told them to keep items.
Despite all of this, they proceeded to issue negative feedback.
New buyer account established in December 2023 but knew buyer protection policy inside out. Hmmm. Will just leave that there.
