Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from our website. You should understand that by ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Bathroom Republic reserve the right at any time to modify, alter or update these terms of use and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates on subsequent visits.
Placing an order
On completion of placing your order online, you will receive an email acknowledgement (to the email address provided when placing the order). Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. The contract between us is formed when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order.
If any products are priced in error, Bathroom Republic will not be bound to honour incorrect prices.
We strongly advise you not to arrange a date for installation until you have received all your items and are happy with them. We cannot be liable for any losses caused by delayed delivery or pre-booked installers.
Cancellation of orders
If you wish to cancel your order with us please send us a message, you will receive a notification when your item has been cancelled and will be advised of any re-stocking fee.
If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to receive the order as normal. In these circumstances you will have to return the items yourself, refusal of the delivery could result in you being charged.
Shipping & handling
All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges and VAT unless otherwise stated.
As soon as the order has been delivered to you, you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any shortages must be recorded on the consignment note at the time of delivery. If you appoint someone else to receive and sign for the goods on your behalf, you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any damage or losses if they sign on your behalf.
If the driver attempts to deliver and there is no answer, then they will leave a calling card which will advise you how to rearrange delivery. If you fail to rearrange delivery and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
The delivery will be made by a single driver, so please ensure at least one able bodied person is available to assist with the carrying of heavy items.
The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property, so therefore if the items ordered are of heavy or bulky nature, it is strongly recommended that at least two able bodied persons are available to take the items inside the property.
Free Delivery
Free delivery only applies to Mainland UK; we aim to deliver your items within 3-5 working days approximately. We use a range of carriers to provide delivery service and delivery time frames may vary by carrier.
When an order is placed on a weekend or during a bank holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and the delivery date will vary accordingly. We endeavour to deliver all orders on time, however delays are possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
The date of delivery specified by eBay is an estimate only. We shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of an order.
On very rare occasions parcels may go missing or undelivered, or for any other reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering, please contact us and allow us to carry out the investigation.
Please do not refuse delivery of items. Refusal of the delivery could result in you being charged (£10 administration fee).

If your item is not in stock we will automatically put it on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Returns
Bathroom Republic take a lot of care in the quality of our products and want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We understand that occasionally you may want to return an item; below are instructions on how to do so:
You have within 30 days of the delivery date, or estimated delivery date if the item hasn't arrived, to notify us you wish to return the product.
Please contact us for a return authorisation and form.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to us in their original conditional and packaging, complete with all the fittings. We have the right to reject any return item that is in poor, unsalable condition.
Please note the postage costs for shipping the item originally is deducted from the refunded amount.
(Please do not write the return address directly on product boxes).
Refunds are processed within 14 days, though we work hard to get your refund processed within 5 working days. Please note that all refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to bank clearing processes.
ALL bespoke and ex- display items are non returnable.
Do not mark the boxes in any way, as this is classed as a non resalable condition.
A refund will be reimbursed to you within 28 days after the cancellation date.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your items, we must be notified within 30 days from the delivery date. We will forward you a returns form, please write the item number of the item you wish to exchange if for and we will contact you for any difference in costs for the item or any postage fees before dispatching it. If the item is less than the original order, we will refund the difference in cost.
Damaged on delivery
Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging or the item you must make a note of this on the driver's documents and sign the delivery note as 'goods damaged' - we will not accept responsibility for claims if you have not noted this at time of receipt. We are not responsible or unable to arrange a replacement for goods that have not been signed for as damaged.
You must message us with a photo showing the damage so we can send out a replacement ASAP.
Shortages & picking errors
All shortages must be reported to Bathroom Republic within 30 days of the delivery date.
We apologise for any inconvenience. Please message us with photographic proof of the issue and one of our customer service representatives will get in touch.
Faulty after installation
If you believe your product is faulty you must contact us via eBay message or message our customer services team and inform us of the fault, we will then ask you to send in a short video or a picture so that our technical team can examine the fault to help resolve the issue.
If the fault can be fixed by sending a replacement part, we will order the parts for you, however there may be a charge for postage and admin from our suppliers.
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item back to us so our technical team can examine the fault and repair it for free. Please note the return of the item back to us is covered at the customers own expense. Once the item is repaired, we will send it back to you.
If the fault cannot be fixed from looking at the video or picture you send, we will offer a replacement item to you. Please note there may be a charge of the original cost to send out a replacement item if a replacement part cannot fix the fault and if the item becomes faulty after 30 days from the delivery date.
We will send out the correct replacement part or tap depending on the fault. Please note we are unable to send out a replacement part or tap without a short video or a picture to demonstrate the fault. If you believe your item is faulty within 30 days of the delivery date and you would like to return the item, please contact us and we will forward you a returns form to fill out. On the form you must give a detailed description of the fault.
All items supplied by Bathroom Republic come with a retailer's guarantee as specified in the listing. Receipt to be kept as proof of purchase and guarantees.
Our manufacturers may change the design of an item and to improve the quality of the product. If your item is covered under guarantee and the design has changed, we will send you the replacement in a new design or offer an alternative which is similar.
Please note, we are not liable for third party costs or damages and all goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse then this will void any warranty and goods will be returned to you with no refund or replacement issued.
Please note, for international orders we can send out a replacement part for faulty items, however postage costs of replacement parts must be covered at the customers own expense.
Guarantee
Bathroom Republic reserves the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdraw if any product from this website or not that has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law, you must:
Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and the other requested information.
Be over 18 years old.
Bathroom Republic products come with a 10 year guarantee, except for bathroom fittings, shower heads, tap cartridges, shower valve cartridges and shower accessories e.g. Electrical goods, LED shower heads, handheld shower, washer, hose and bracket which come with a 1 year guarantee and radiators which come with 15 years guarantee.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, cuts, scratches or damage caused by impacts or accidents.
This guarantee does not apply if the products have been used for public use, outdoors or in a corrosive environment.
This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damages.
If the item is no longer sold by Bathroom Republic, Bathroom Republic will provide an appropriate replacement. It is Bathroom Republic that determines, at its sole discretion, what constitutes an appropriate replacement.
