Good delivery with a call on delivery day with an ETA. Drivers kindly left in rear yard as requested. Had a small issue with set, seller was absolutely brilliant about it and quickly sent a replacement part. No complaints on customer service! The set itself is great value, but don't expect it to be as good as a £1500 set. It does everything needed and for the price paid, would be nice for adjustable feet on the table though. I've no complaints at all and expect to get a few years out of it.

Good quality for price, took about 3 hrs for one person to assemble. Instructions are self explanatory. Had issues with a wrong carton being delivered which was frustrating but in fairness the customer service was so good and resolved without hesitation.. would recommend product and this seller... 👌 got 5 stars based on service quality..

Please believe all these reviews .absolute con company what a joke the mattress is nothing like in pictures . It came with a rip on the side .They delivered it and then I got a phone call saying it will be delivered on the 15th May because it got damaged in the warehouse !! So why deliver it , ? Knowing it was damaged .funny that the plastic packaging wasn't ripped or anything .They offered to send another mattress but I declined on 9.65 reimbursement They offered me .Avoid this shambles.
