    Unsafe

    This bench does not leave enough room for your hands to safely return the weights after lifting to the holding posts. Many times I have pinched my thumb knuckles between the bar and the post cradle parts trying to set the bar back down. This design can cause serious injury to your hands. There is about 4 inches of grip space per hand. If you don't land it perfectly you are going to crush your hand possibly causing permanent damage.

    Well made good quality

    Good product for the price. Made well. Great to use till the gyms open up. The d own side is the bar holders are to close together. The board you lay on is to narrow you have to try and balance on it while try to lift weights.( made new wider board now more stable.) Still very good for price.

    Perfect for teenagers

    Bought this for my 15 year old...perfect. Getting his workouts in at home as well at school. If you can read and see this is 100lbs of weights you now what you're getting. IF you're training for the Olympics this isnt for you

    Nice small low budget weight set

    My set came in complete, with all screws. I believe the maximum weight is 200 lb for the barbell capacity. It took about a hour to build. Its pretty legit just make sure you tighten everything up good.
