Item as described and well wrapped and bubble wrapped. I did have to contact seller asking about where the item was. They did reply and supply tracking number. The main reason for it taking longer to be delivered was it had the incorrect house number on it. I would say seller did respond when asked and did supply tracking number as well. Not a negative experience with seller just little mistakes happen from time to time.
