I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but I must say shipping was fast and great communication with the seller. It also had great and easy instructions we put it together less then 30 minutes so so far so good. I can see myself ordering again from this seller hopefully I can give an update soon when I use it

Had issues with the shipping company the owner handled the issue directly shipped me a new unit to avoid any additional delays, helped me set up my plotter and has been extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this company.
