Waited 1 week to receive this tyre before contacting customer support. Immediate response to my issue, courier had attempted a delivery on time but left no card and item was untracked so I was none the wiser. Sophie personally chased the courier for me and ensured delivery happened as promised. So overall, an excellent service from Blackcircles Tyres, especially Sophie who resolved my delivery issue. Best price on the internet and brilliant customer support, just a poor courier service from APC.
Perfect eBay transaction and great value for money. Minor issue as arrival of tyres was delayed so had to re-arrange original scheduled fitting date so only 4star for dispatch rating. Nevertheless Blackcircles kept me informed throughout with excellent communications. Recommended. Happy to use again.

Great all round tyre, only just fitted but has good on road grip in dry and damp weather. Seem to grip well on country lanes with the current mud and leaf mulch on the roads.
