It was immaculate without a single mark on it. As stated, it doesn’t come with any water filters but you can get them online for about £15 for 4. It is really simple to use and maintain. No complicated programming needed but you can alter the standard drinks if you want. It is exactly what the wife and I wanted out of a coffee machine and it was half the cost of buying ‘new’.

I was worried that there wasnt any of the same models left, so the guy who i was speaking to put one aside for me. The new machine looked like its just been used once, no scuffs, marks or damage. Could just see that it's been put together and tried. Very nice well built machine, the features are easy to use & the self cleaning makes my life easier. Nice size, smart looking I'm happy with how much I paid

It was well protected and in very clean condition, no evidence of any use, although it had produced 230 coffees. Described as returned/refurbished I was not expecting it to be new, but if I had been told that it was refurbished in 2019 I would have considered this purchase a little longer, at least the technicians report was up front.

My coffee machine broke a few days before holiday - I ordered a replacement refurbished unit. Sent a message at 7pm explaining I was on hols in the next few days and…after receiving a nice message back, it turned-up the next morning. In transit the water compartment broke. Told them. The next morning a new water compartment arrived!
