First, this product is made-to-order. It took over a week to ship and I found that out by checking.
Second, the item was damaged. The seller was responsible for return shipping costs, but this seller did not provide a return shipping label until a refund decision was made by ebay. I understand the cost of international return shipping, but I would have liked to have received a refund as soon as possible without the buyer having to contact ebay or offer a refund, as refunds are inevitable.

Actually I didn’t expect much when it comes to the Quality of this saddle. But I am still disappointed. It arrived in a way too tiny package for the size of this saddle and the package looked like it gonna explode any second. The saddle is completely deformed. And it smells horrible. That thing gotta stay outside for a whole week or so…
Not worth the money. Gonna contact the seller for a refund of at least 30% of the product price.
Didn’t expect much but still got disappointed.
