As the error was there’s you would have thought that in the interest of ‘Customer Relations’ they would be proactive in updating rather than being reactive. Kept me waiting for weeks, offered a higher model but would have to pay more for it. I opted for the refund option. - Never again based on communication levels when they clearly made the initial mistake shipping the wrong item

All the watches except 1 were repaired and ready for a new home. Only one thing, and I only noticed it with this seller.
