They tried to cancel the order but when I said I would leave neg feedback they eventually shipped a new one from Amazon warehouse. I'm now happy but what a pity they don't supply the whole UK! Very strange behaviour from a big supposedly reputable company.

It had what look like fire flies behind the screen, and the USB cables that I received were cut. I understand that it was a refurbished unit but why didn’t they see the damaged cables or the lights behind the screen. The one positive thing was the customer service was beyond reproach.
