Delivery was fine . The biggest issue I have is the description . I understood that the lead was 15 m long but actually each one is 5 metres long !! I wanted a very long retractable lead for my dog on the beach . Very misleading . I asked for refund straight away and that’s where my issue starts . I have been offered various amounts back - £5 ; £8 ; £13 and informed I could try to sell myself !! My situation is with EBay .

The item I received was not what I expected it was acrylic rather than glass however when I pointed this out to the seller they said it was a mistake on the editing and when I did look in the description it did say acrylic. The seller offered me a discount on the item rather than sending it back which I agreed to! They were very helpful and happy to rectify the problem so Thankyou!
