Substandard packaging--Item was damaged during shipping (folded and ripped) because it was simply thrown into an envelope with no cardboard backing or protective rigid plastic. Seller was receptive to me returning the item for a refund but never replied to my query as to whether they would cover the return shipping cost (let alone the original $15.69 shipping fee). A disappointing experience.

This was International Shipping handled by eBay and they added the Postage Amount to Canada. I only charged $4.95.if you'll check your purchase.

Quick shipping. Careful packing. Very reasonable shipping cost. Item as described. Nice deal. This little stoneware mug is very unique and more beautiful than I anticipated. Love the color, the sparkles of the speckled and crackled glaze finish. Yup, I adore this cutie. It's sturdy and the thickness will hold up to my hot drinks. Just the right size for the high end Japanese green teas I like. Enjoying some premium matcha in it as I write this. So I hope we can do business again soon!
