There was an issue with the driver on this module. The MOSFET on the lower side of the driver board would overheat at 3v, causing the output to be unstable, and eventually cut off (letting through 532nm harmonics, which is actually very cool). The seller, for just the cost of shipping (10$ USD), replaced the EXPENSIVE module, had great communication throughout the replacement process, and the new module operates PERFECTLY. A+ service. New module tests @ 34mw @ 3.3v! Beyond spec. VERY happy.
