Beautiful charm, pity the seller sent it in a pouch not the box my other one came in. I would have preferred to have paid the 80p discount seller offered & I accepted. If I knew this was how he was going to send it i would have declined his offer & paid full price but it wasnt mentioned unfortunately!

As per our listing description 'our standard packaging is our branded velvet pouch but if you would prefer a gift box please Add a message when you place your order stating GIFT BOX'. This is a free of charge upgrade.
Unfortunately we didn't receive any message with your order as if we do we always provide the box instead. But we can of course post you one now.
