Sturdy but awkward to use.
The clamp is awkward to adjust and assemble and requires three hands to fit it. The instructions say to push with knees, but I'm in my seventies, and crouching down low enough to force the steel plates together onto a tiny ten-inch wheel is not that easy! It's very sturdy, but those solid components are quite capable of pinching your hands; it got me a couple of times during assembly. To be honest, I was about to abandon the clamp after a twenty minute struggle and return it when it miraculously slipped into place, allowing me to lock it. I'm absolutely dreading having to fight it every time I take the trailer out; I probably won't be able to cope with it. As sturdy as it is, I estimate that I could dismantle it from a wheel in about half an hour, given that the assembly bolt heads are ... Well made bit of kit
Appears to be well made, a little fiddly when first starting to use but once you understand how it works it does become easier, could be made easier if the lower arms touched the ground to give the required angle to allow the top arm to come into place for the lock to engage
