Purchased DYMO + 5 tapes bundle £17.95 + P&P. Tapes sent but no DYMO. As a result Ebay tracking said item had been delivered. Supplier took days to respond to messages. Eventually supplier offered partial refund but tapes no good to me without DYMO. Finally convinced ebay order was incomplete & ebay refunded me (not supplier) Supplier then had cheek to ask me to buy item at £23.99!! They simply didn't want to honour the original contract I made with them at £17.95. BUYERS BEWARE!
