FM2011 - lots of listings for same item all at similar price, only bought via this seller as cost incl P&P advertised as being dispatched via EVRI next day service with estimated delivery Sat 20th. When chased seller tracking details show posted via Royal Mail, unfortunately post man just been and again nothing so now on Thurs 25th I've given up and will order via another seller. Low value item, only £3.99 so wasn't expecting miracles but this is disappointing.

The option for next day deliver required an extra payment of £2.70 which you did not pay so that's why it was sent via Royal Mail, i have provided you evidence it has been posted and confirmed that the royal mail have said there is a backlog of deliveries at the moment and it will be with you in a few days.
