Saw this on t.v. and just had to get the dvd. The only downside was that it didn't show me the "behind the scenes" of this particular episode! it was behind the scenes of all the episodes. But still, worth the money.

I decided to buy for my American penpal, she is a lover of midsomer murders. they are all great. John Nettles is fab. midsomer murders is a must for every one to see.

Murder on St. Malley's Day - Midsomer Murders DVD
‘The Pudding Club’ is at the heart of this story. An elite secret society within the walls of a private school in Midsomer Parva. When one of its members is found to have met his end by foul means during an annual St. Malley’s Day race, the loyalty of the Club is put to the test. The Club prides itself on nurturing potential diplomats, but to the surrounding village, the school is nothing but trouble. Some lovely country settings, including Holloway College in Surrey, as Devington School. I thought it had good performances from the young cast (including Anna Maxwell-Martin and Nick Audsley). It was difficult to decide which one of this self-interested and unpleasant bunch, might have taken their cause one step further into murder.
