I had delivery problems and communication problems right from the start.So I opened up an eBay investigation as soon as I did that the seller got in touch saying that if I closed the case they would send me another curtain rod so me being trusting closed the case and never heard anything else from them,so a lesson learnt but after contacting eBay they could not of been more helpful and gave me a refund and left it with them to sort out.
