When Tv arrived it was damaged (no fault of their own) I asked for a replacement but they agreed to give me a refund and then to purchase again from them as they had multiples of the same tv. Once received the refund back I went to buy again but they had doubled the shipping cost to £60. Although I understand there position I thought this was in bad taste and priced the tv over my budget.

Do you wrap Christmas and Birthday presents if you do you have got my buisness, just can't fault the packaging. The unit was pristine and having a paper copy of instructions was really helpful. Have not tried all the functions yet but upto now all seems good.
