Initial sale was good, great communication and really helpful. When Tv arrived it was damaged (no fault of their own) I asked for a replacement but they agreed to give me a refund and then to purchase again from them as they had multiples of the same tv. Once received the refund back I went to buy again but they had doubled the shipping cost to £60. Although I understand there position I thought this was in bad taste and priced the tv over my budget.
