The appearance of the product and the packaging, was exactly as described. It arrived in perfect condition, tightly packaged in a small box so no room for damage in transit.

Last time when Royal Mail delivered, there wasn’t any issues whatsoever plus they keep you informed at every step hence why i prefer Royal Mail. Cannot in any way fault Parker’s as they did what they were supposed to so would still highly recommend.
