This is the worse transaction I have ever made on e-bay. After a delay with lack of communication I eventually received 1 item when I had ordered and paid for two. The cost for one clorexyderm 4% Foam Mousse was £16.95. I paid £33.90 and received one only. The seller did not reply to my e-mails but requested that e-bay close the case. I appealed to no avail. I will be taking this further with a third party but there appears to be no further avenue to contact e-bay.
