I am a commercial fisherman and I purchased this outboard mainly because of the price. I received it quickly and the vendor had already emailed instructions about the motor not once but twice. The packaging was second to none and when I popped the cover I was surprised to see how simple it was to get at everything. Followed the instructions and could not be happier with this motor. I would definitely buy another Hangkai and most definitely try to find this vendor to purchase it from.

We got a full refund as the parcel was lost in transit. The seller responded quickly to queries, helpful and finally when we gave up he gave me a full refund. Disappointing but these things happen.
