About this product

Product Information

Fred Lebow was a dreamer, the kind of dreamer who pursued his dream and made it a reality. And the world is still reaping the rewards. So begins this chronicle of a humbly born Holocaust survivor who parlayed natural marketing smarts - and a vision - into a major position in American sports.

  • A book to make you smile and your heart race

I’m mentioned in book 5x as I was part of NYCMarathon founder’s only running of race he created while in remission from brain cancer coached by 9 time winner Grete Weitz a national hero from Norway who told someone early in race to shut me up because I was talking too loud. I was the only NYPD in group and concluded that Fredvis one of our all time best crime fighters because petty criminals to hoodlums take the day off to watch the girls or boys run by from all over the world. Fred is the only New Yorker though he fled the Nazis from Romania to turn the City into a room.. Author Ruben a one time marathoner does a splendid job profiling Fred and his race.Take your time reading it or you’ll pulled over for speeding.
