Postage (UK Mainland)
 
We offer free next working day delivery on most small to medium sized items, dispatched within one working day following payment (complete your order on Monday, receive it Tues-Wed. Complete your order on Thursday, receive it Fri-Mon).
 
We will dispatch orders same day where possible, but this cannot be guaranteed unless it has been agreed.
 
 
Postage (Pallets & Large or Heavy Items)
 
In general, large or heavy items weighing over 30Kg (e.g. Gearboxes, Engines) will be sent on a pallet. A good, even surface is necessary to unload a pallet, and it may not be possible to deliver on a slope. Please check with us first if you are unsure.
 
Panels and seats are on a 5 working day delivery service (complete your order on a Monday, receive it the following Monday). We are working towards are more consistent 3-day option for these items.

Postage (International & Non-UK Mainland)
 
Although we don’t ship internationally ourselves, some of our items qualify for eBays Global Shipping Scheme. We fully recommend buyers to read eBays T&C’s around the scheme, once the item is shipped to the UK couriering depot it is out of our jurisdiction unless there is reason for return. When deciding what qualifies for the scheme, we will be very selective and ensuring there is footage of the item in working order to eradicate the risk of faulty items being sent out. In the unfortunate case of a faults claim we will need to see sufficient proof of this, including it not working and proof it is our part before accepting a return on it. All our parts have a specific mark on them to indicate it has come from us and this will need to be seen in the footage as a sign that it is our item. In the case of an item being ordered by mistake or you have changed your mind you will have to sort out the return with a courier of your choosing and any postage fees incurred by us will be deducted from the final refund amount as well as a £15 admin fee. If a refund has been granted, you will need to go to eBay direct for a refund on any international shipping costs. In the event of item being broken in transit this will need to also go through eBay who will deal with this claim. These Terms and Conditions have been generated using eBays rulings around this service.
 
 
Collections
 
If you plan to collect your order from our warehouse, please contact us first to arrange a suitable time. This enables us to have your order ready and ensures that we are available when you arrive.
 
 
Returns and Faults Policy
 
All orders, except those listed for spares and repairs or parts not working**, are covered by our 30 day returns guarantee. If you wish to return an unused item, please let us know within 30 days of delivery. Once we have been notified, please return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund. To qualify for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when delivered.
 
**Items listed for spares and repairs or parts not working cannot be returned**
 
Whenever we instruct a courier to collect an item from you, please ensure that it is adequately packed and available for collection. Failed collection attempts will incur a £18 charge, which will be deducted from the total refund.
 
Regarding pallet returns, items must be either bagged or wrapped (no parts exposed), and in some way secured to the pallet for safety during transit.
 
If you have wrongly ordered a part through us without checking compatibility, you will be liable for any postage costs, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
 
Warranty and Faults (except engines & gearboxes - see below)
 
Our warranties stand for a minimum of 60 days and cover any fault that develops that was not identifiable when purchased. If we are unable to offer a replacement within a reasonable amount of time, either directly from us or a third-party, we will provide a full refund in exchange for the faulty item. If you wish to make a claim and return your item, please follow the eBay return procedure through your order. Please note, this warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, improper fitting or accidental damage.
 
 
Warranty – Engines & Gearboxes
 
Engines and gearboxes are drained of oil and will need to be refilled before starting. Proof of purchase of the correct Oil will need to be provided at time of claim. (Please see other Information)
 
Service parts, such as belts, filters and plugs are not covered by the warranty, therefore, a complete service should be carried out by a professional.
 
Proof of new oil, timing belt (where applicable) and water pump must be provided in the event of a warranty claim.
 
Fitting and servicing must be approved by a licensed mechanic to qualify for a full refund in the event of a warranty or fault claim. We may ask to see evidence to support this.
 
Any clutch still attached to the engine is supplied free of charge, and therefore not covered by the warranty. However, in the event of a warranty or fault claim on a Gearbox we ask that a new Clutch is fitted with an invoice or receipt provided as proof. If you have recently changed your clutch before fitting the Gearbox this will suffice as long as proof is provided when making a claim, again with an invoice or receipt.
 
Unless stated in the item description ancillaries are not covered by our warranty.
 
The warranty period begins once your item has been delivered.
 
Differentials
 
Differentials are drained of oil prior to storing so therefore new oil will need to be purchased prior to fitting the item. Proof of purchase will need to be provided in the event of a warranty claim. (Please see Other Information)
 
Other Information
 
Oil – Our parts are depolluted before sale and so new Oil is required when fitting many of our parts. Proof of the purchase must be provided in a warranty claim by means of a proper receipt or invoice. The oil must be of Professional Grade and correct for the part you are fitting. The date of purchase must not exceed that of the date of fitting the part.
 
Invoices/Receipts – Where proof is required to process a warranty claim this must be on headed paper that is dated with the Reg of your vehicle on it. The invoice/receipt must NOT be handwritten as this won’t be accepted as proof.
 
Unless otherwise stated, all parts are taken from used vehicles and therefore may show signs of wear or use and may need to be cleaned. We will always do our best to make it clear of any imperfection beyond that of normal use.
 
We ask that all our customers check the item is a match prior to purchase either through us or a professional.
 
When buying from us, you agree that we are not responsible for any labour, damages or other costs that may occur from handling, fitting or using any of the parts that you have purchased from our store.
