Used for motorcycle wheel bearings
If the case was of better quality I would have given this a 5 star but as it happens its a cheap blow mould and don't look like it will last. The drift set was brilliant for knocking in the wheel bearings for my 98 cb600f hornet. But the size I wanted for the cush drive bearing was 55mm but that wasn't in the set. Managed to do it with a 50/51mm I think. But overall I was impressed. When using the drift removing the bolt on the end was a little tight winding it out, felt like the tread was not cut properly. I stuck some rubber grease on the bolt and worked the bolt in and out a couple of time. Seemed to sort it out quickly. Maybe some swarf got in in the thread? Using the bearing drift feels really nice I felt in complete control of the bearing,(unlike using a old socket and hammer trick). ... Already paid me back
I got this kit because I occasionally change driveshaft oil seals. However ended up using it the day I got it to finish off driving in some rear axle bushes on a Punto. Handle with the tool on has a real nice weight to it and it took some heavy hits from my sledgehammer (probably not the best choice but it was handy lol).
