The inscribed slate was well packed and arrived quickly. However, I was disappointed that the text appeared to be grey in colour rather than the white text showing in the listing. I messaged the seller and he informed me that white text had not been detailed in the description and that there is no way of guaranteeing the colour outcome due to the limitations of the inscribing process. In fairness the seller did offer me a refund, which I declined. Beware of possible disappointment ! :(
