      Great product

      Great product. Saved me a lot of time. Mounted it in my skid steer while grading. Used to have to get in and out of it to check grade. Dug the whole thing and didn't have to get out. Highly recommend

      Saves money.

      Don't know why I didn't own one sooner. I made back 1/2 the value of the unit on the first job. Having instant feedback while excavating on the machine without stopping to have a another person stick the grades saved a crew hour. Increasing productivity is the easiest way to increase profitability. This simple magnetic detector saves time.

      Great when it's working - not weatherproof.

      I have bought three of these. And they are a lot less expensive than other brands but they are very weather proof. The reason I have bought three in the last few years is, they fail if they get rain or snow on them. But I keep buying them and now I know that I need to protect them from the weather. Zip lock and a rubber band may work on the rainy days.
