Disappointed that the quoted £12 EVRI postage turned out actually to be only £3.49 (delivered by Royal Mail with other parcels); is an £8.51 overcharge really acceptable? When I send parcels, I'm invariably constrained by eBay in what I am allowed to charge and generally make a loss with postage, so it galls me when sellers can get away with overcharging so flagrantly.

At the time of your order I had blocked time away as I had Covid My usual size A4 are slightly larger frame and sent Parcel Force In your case the grey frame was a little smaller, when I went to the PO was surprised that they said I could send it 2nd class. I was thinking more that it would be arriving ahead of schedule rather than the postage fee. My sincere apologise for this oversight I have adjusted my future postage fees If there is anything further I can do please let me know
