The Jo Malone product I bought from is not original in my opinion. The first difference is the cap, which differs from the original. The second difference is the fragrance's durability; product fades after 5 minutes. Spend £30 more and be sure you get original product.

This buyer messaged me privately to tell me if i didn't refund them they would leave me a bad feedback, so i said they could return the item an i would refund, they said they couldn't return the item because they gave as a gift but wanted a full refund because the item looked counterfeit. So basically wanted the item an the refund to not leave me a negative review, you couldn't make this up i won't be blackmailed by anyone the buyer will be reported an blocked from buying anymore of my products

Perfume was advertised as 'new' although bottle code confirmed production date as 2019. Expert opinion is that characteristics can change after 5 years. Seller told me they will consider including age of perfume in future eBay adverts. This would be helpful to buyers and all sellers should really do the same for transparency. Seller offered me a return & refund option but as perfume is still well-priced I kept it and my wife will prioritise its use over others.
