    Great retrofit

    I installed this on a clopay opener from 1978 that still works great but remote control had failed years ago. It works perfectly and was an easy install. I extended the antenna 24 inches and it increased range to about 100 ft. I am very pleased that I didn't have to replace the opener! Use the button on ebay that gives lowest price because there are great variations in price on exact same control.

    315MHz garage door openner receiver

    The output pulse is a bit short and a pulse stretcher was required to work properly with my garage door openner. Also the range is quite short and I would recommend using it with an external antenna kit if your garage has metal door and aluminum vapor barrier.
