The seller was great at communicating. My item took longer than expected to arrive but I believe it was out of the seller's hands. My main critique is that the item was not well packaged. For what the seller is pricing the item, you'd expect the item to be shipped in a protective wrap or box. It was shipped in a plain not padded wrap so my item arrived cracked. Some of the paint came off but that is an easy fix. All in all, great communication but not good item condition upon arrival.
