The seller didn’t use Royal Mail but used an alternative company to make sure my package arrived on time. The only issue I had was that when the package was delivered, I didn’t get my collection code from the delivery driver. I contacted the seller and was advised that my product was at the collection point which is one of my local shops. The shop owner helped me to get my collection code.
