    Perfekter Service! Uhr wurde versendet: Postlaufzeiten der Deutschen Post (NICHT der aus Moldau) ein Desaster, und zwar beide Wege. Der Service allerdings genial, transparente Kommunikation, so richtig persönlich, extrem freundlich, von einem Menschen, und nicht einem "System". Meine 1991-Swatch, die keiner hier reparieren kann, wurde perfekt repariert. Über die längere Zeit wurde ich vorab informiert. Ich empfehle den Urmacher ohne Vorbehalt weiter und freue mich, dass er seine Niche fand! :-)

    Nachdem ich erfolglos einen deutschen Uhrmacher für meine Uhr gesucht habe, habe ich diesen Uhrmacher aus Moldawien gefunden. Reparatur hat er soweit ich das beurteilen kann sehr gut erledigt. Kommunikation über Mail war sehr gut. Man muss sich allerdings gedulden, bis man seine Uhr wieder in der Hand hat. Aber kein Vorwurf, dass es länger dauern würde mit Versand und Reparatur hat er schon vor dem Kauf / Vertragsabschluss mitgeteilt. Also zuverlässig, gut und verlässlich. Nichts zu kritisieren
