Additional Warranty Information
 
•If a handset is returned to us with an Apple ID on the device, we will need cooperation from the customer in order to have this removed or the warranty will be voided, and a refund will not be issued.
 
•Phones that have been returned to us for a fault covered under the warranty but arrives back to us with a self-inflicted damaged screen or camera lens will void the warranty and will be sent back to the customer.
 
•Replacements will be arranged in a similar cosmetic condition to the returned handset.
 
•If a handset is returned for repair but is deemed as uneconomical to repair, a replacement handset will be issued.
Minimum Battery health on Apple phones is 80% unless mentioned in the description but is usually higher.
 
 
 
•We are not liable if a handset is deemed unrepairable and the phone data cannot be retrieved.
 
•Our warranty covers replacements and repairs only. Refunds are only available within 30 days of purchase under our return policy NOT our warranty.
 
•Handsets returned in a lower cosmetic condition grade than purchased will be replaced with handsets of a similar grade to the return.
 
•If your return does not fall into the 'Not Covered' category, your warranty will be accepted and a replacement or a repair will be organised within 0-2 days upon receiving the return to our return address.
 
• NOT Covered after 30 days - Imei Issues occurring or sound IC Issues
 
•To claim a warranty, please send us a message via eBay's messaging system and a customer service representative will be at your assistance between 0-2 working days.

    Magic keypad

    A fantastic easy to use and easy to set up keypad. I Was initially put off by the price but now I have bought one wish I had bought it sooner. The magic keypad is backlit and easy to carry around as it’s just folds shut and you put it in your back pad. I would recommend buying a protective case to put it in for additional protection when not in use.

    Great product. The price is definitely justified.

    The keyboard is very well built. Solid. The keys are nice and quiet. Touchpad is responsive. It does use the ipad’s battery faster than other keyboards I’ve tried. But the benefits of this product outweigh this minor inconvenience. Once I’d figured out the mapping and commands, it was very intuitive. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great keyboard. I’ve tried others. They don’t even come close.

    Quality comes at a price unfortunately, and this is the keyboard made for the job

    Great keyboard for the iPad Pro but I would recommend covering it with a skin for longevity. Its great to be able to use the full screen of the iPad when on this keyboard and also use it as a docking/ charging station. Sits OK on the lap and but I prefer for desk use and havent really missed the function keys I rarely use them anyway. When I use the iPad off the keyborad I protect it with a cover buddy for safety/ security. Quite a complete package but gives me all that I need in my workflow.

    Great feel when typing

    A high quality keyboard which adds another dimension to the iPad Pro. Auto lineup is amazing using magnets, and adjustability is adequate for most situations. Charging via the hinge socket is also a very useful feature
