I would say better than described. You still get the Apple inlay card, it's only the outer box which is missing so the seller is erring on the cautious side. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend to others. Seller has had a lot of bad fb but people are like that. I wonder if they had been satisfied, even pleased would they have bothered? I doubt it. I speak as I find, 5* seller.

This is the second battery I have bought the last was for my mother's phone as replacement for her bulging battery... so I'm very grateful that these batteries are available and this second is for my phone when it finally fails Thank you. p.s. I do request the battery have more protection in future it was NOT damaged... but a jiffy bag envelope alone is not enough to protect a lithium battery in the postal service incase of accident.

    Replacement 1020 battery

    This is difficult to review as the battery, which obviously comes out of an old 1020 also didn't charge, like my current battery. The question is therefore is the replacement battery also old and so doesn't charge or is it a fault with my 1020. Will need to source a battery from a different supplier to check.
