We had some minor issues with shipping. However, the seller quickly moved to solve those. These might have not occurred if the seller had all the information before dispatching the item.
Overall, the caddies arrived in good condition and as described. The seller might have been more cautious with packaging. In my case there was no damage but the caddies were closely packed in box (fine) but with no bubble wrap or other protective material.
The seller is responsive and I'd revisit.

The item appears to new and unused despite the unknown scratches in the large heatsink. I still need to install and evaluate for a bit to better determine the actual condition of the HBA card.
