I am very Disappointed. Even though item was brand new and in original packaging as per description but Seller didn’t wrap with any additional plastic packaging layer on top to protect electrical items and Delivery company left electrical item in rear garden instead of handing over to neighbours which got wet and drenched due to rain as I was away for a week and upon returning noticed rain water damaged whole packaging. I am yet to test the item and I am hoping there is no damage to product.

My De Longhi packed up and after much research on different websites I found Direct Vacuums Ebay. It may sound a little weird buying a coffee machine from a vacuum retailer. The coffee machine was discounted competitively. It comes with a warranty and the company has a strong reputation. The product arrived on time and was professionally packaged. For a refurbished machine it was as good as new in its condition, and had no defects. All the parts are included, the only thing was the manual in another language.
