correct aftercare was not followed as confirmed by buyer, however she still chose to leave bad review,seller not liable after the buyer misuses the product for three months. falsely claims that we didnt reply .Our last communication with her was on the 15th, and on the 16th, she left a negative review (not one but 3!) She had issue with one item,but she chose to spam our page with negative reviews for all of her other items too,inadequate very poor behavior AVOID!! REPORTED
