Easy assembly and nice large steam head with plenty of steam. Used on hard floor and it brought it up beautifully. The head swivels well to get in corners and in awkward spots. Used the slider on carpet and steam goes right in without wetting. No leaks or drips. Large thick absorbent towelling cover collects any surface dirt with ease and tank of water goes a surprisingly long way. Also tried Jet nozzle on hand held to sanitise mattress /headboard and around wc. Brilliant! Thank you

Great price and quick delivery. The food processor was well wrapped and all boxed up securely, once I had un boxed and unwrapped all the attachments and pieces I noticed that the drive shaft was missing and emailed the seller who quickly replied and posted the missing part with no problem. The add said there would be some minor signs of use but I can honestly say that I cannot see any signs of previous use, the food processor looks brand new.
