Good product but....
Overall this is a good air basic portable air conditioner. It cools the room fairly quickly and does what it’s supposed to do. Could be quieter as has an annoying noise (not the compressor) where it cycles the moisture every now and then. The compressor itself is about as noisey as any other air con. The other thing that could be improved is more directional air flow it currently just goes up and can’t be directed at all. The flaps also have no adjustment or closer so dust can get in when it’s off. Remote is good but should have been back light as hard to see at night when in bed changing the settings. And the hose is very short at just 1.25 metres. I brought an extension so not to much of an issue. Finally the attachment holding the hose to the machine is rubbish! I had to tape mine in as ... Overall a good machine but not as good as I was hoping when compared to say a Homebase budget machine which is just as good if not better !

A quality product
During the recent hot weather we invested in this air con unit. Easy to set up . The hose is a bit on the short side to reach the top window but a hose extension soon fixed this. The unit works well reducing the temp from 33 to 27 degrees in about 1 hour. Surprisingly it is no louder than a standard fan It is quite heavy and 2 people would need to lift it upstairs
