To look at it and its performance you would never think it was refurbished. Very clean condition. The customer service was more than helpful and recommended a Goblin cleaner which would probably suit me

I was able to use the one from my old vacuum cleaner which was the same type. The vacuum cleaner itself is as new and our previous one lasted about 5 years (I think the motor went as I tested the fuse, cable and switch) Clearly, this wasn't 'reburbished' as well as it should have been but i am happy enough now.
