Unless otherwise stated, all items listed on our eBay store feature photographs of the actual product you will be purchasing. We only use stock photographs for a limited number of listings and where the item being sold is brand new.
 
All our items are dispatched using an insured service which protects both us as the seller and you as the buyer. We do everything in our power to keep carriage costs to a minimum, but as the buyer, you are welcome to either collect the item from our store or arrange your own carrier at your own cost and risk.
 
If you live in a country other than the United Kingdom you are responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your purchase when it is imported into your own country. We are unable to answer questions about customs regulations for any country under any circumstances. In particular we will not mark any item as a gift or declare a value below the true value. Please do not ask us to do so, it is illegal and we will refuse.
 
BUY-IT-NOW AND SECOND CHANCE OFFER RETURNS POLICY
 
Where an item is sold to UK customers using eBay’s Buy-it-Now facility you will be entitled to a cooling off period of up to fourteen days from the day you receive the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2014. If you decide to return an item under these circumstances we will refund any monies received from you, including any postage charges that we made, once the item has been returned to us. However, you will be required to pay for secure return postage and packing to us and you must contact us for instructions before returning the item. You are expected to take reasonable care of any product that you wish to return to us while it is in your possession. PLEASE NOTE: This entitlement applies to Buy-it-Now purchases only and does not apply to auction format listings.
 
Our V.A.T. registration number is: 159 0102 89 and most items sold via eBay are inclusive of V.A.T. at the current prevailing rate Items that we sell on on a commission basis on behalf of clients are exempt from V.A.T. on the final selling price.
 
Payment
 
Payment for items purchased through eBay should be made within two days of the auction/sale ending. We will report non-paying bidders to eBay if we have not recieved payment after 4 days.
 
We prefer payment via PayPal as this is the most convenient method for the majority of our customers. However, we are also happy to accept personal cheques via the post or credit/debit card payments over the phone. You may also call into our store in Colwyn Bay and pay by cash if you wish.
 
Please note that if you pay by cheque we will wait a full 10 banking days for your cheque to clear before we will dispatch your goods.
