Well packaged fast delivery & no damage. Heavier than expected but that's a good thing not so easy to knock over. Can still be lifted with one hand. Works well.Heats my living room if it gets a bit chilly at night. Also the bedroom first thing in the morning. An ideal stand by with my other tower heater if I get a power cut overnight. I am all electric so storage heaters only. Good for the environment because I'm not using dirty fuel like oil or gas.
