Found the bulbs I was looking for .. was for a wax burner . Price was good . Deliver .no probs ... I would buy again from them ... unfortunately 3 of the bulbs .. one after about an hour the other 2 almost instantly .. my feedback on this is really ... please make sure you order the right thing when buying cause it really is your own fault if this happens to you .. ones I bought on amazon were wrong size of screw in .. Beware folks. Cost me twenty pound in bulbs and . Still can't get right ones

I received this product and unfortunately it was broken .I contacted the seller immediately and they responded to me straight away .They were very apologetic, courteous and offered a refund .Customer Service spot on but I stand by my first comment that the product is of poor quality and not worth £6.21.

What I received was not what was listed or in the picture, I wanted 200 of the reed tubes, as in the listing, and I was sent 20....the seller said a mistake, but still has same listing amount so other buyers will get same 20 instead of 200. Is it a scam?, or is the seller, like other similar listings, just clueless. Beware this and similar listings for 200...Ebay were great and I got full refund within days from ebay, not via seller..I am fed up with sellers in China not delivering as listed
