I had a issue with the delivery, the solar panel glass was all broken I believe this was due to the courier not respecting a fragile package anyway I got in touch with the seller who responded fast to my email and without hesitation they send me a replacement, I can’t fault the seller in how they handled my issue, first class service and after sales response I will definitely use them again and would fully recommend them to anyone

Very pleased with this company, the solar panel arrived in a tatty ripped box due to the couriers, this was quickly sorted out and I got a refund for the damaged packaging. The solar panel works perfect and if it had have been damaged in any way then this company would have sorted it out straight away. So very happy with how I was dealt with and will be using them from now on and in the future a definite 5 star rating from me.
